    Step 4 — Return Delivery

    Once fitting is complete, we'll securely package your skates and arrange return delivery.

Can you fit different brands of skate holders?

Can you replace holders on goalie skates?

Yes! We offer holder fitting and replacement for suitable goalie skates as well as player skates.

Can I send my skates to Willies for holder fitting?

Yes, we offer a UK mail-in holder fitting service. Contact our team before sending your skates to confirm the fitting requirements, postage instructions and total cost.

Does a loose skate holder always need replacing?

Not necessarily. A loose holder may be caused by worn or damaged rivets. Our technicians can inspect your skates and advise whether rivet replacement or a new holder is needed.
