Find the order number, purchase date and/ or email address/ name used to purchase the goods. You will require these details to submit a claim.
STEP 3: PREPARE CLAIM
Please photograph and or video the product for which you are claiming. Provide a detailed explanation of the fault including any incident that may have occured.
STEP 4: SUBMIT A CLAIM
Provide all claims evidcence/ details using our warranty claim form below. Alternatively you can submit this by emailing full details to @willies.o.uk
