Figure skater leggings are made of compression Nylon based material that is great for those who are not afraid of the cold. These are best to be used in medium cold temperatures and are meant to last long. They will not pill and they can be washed in normal cycle. You can wear them on the heel of the skate or normally on the boot. Use them on or off ice, you decide! Bottom of the skate has a silicone grip system to keep on boot. Stretch over the heel at your own risk!
