    We’re just a stone's throw from Coventry Skydome, home to the Coventry Blaze and the International School of Skating.

  • What do you sell?

    Willies sell a full range of Ice Hockey, Inline Hockey & Figure Skating Equipment and Accessories. Browse our website to see what we have available. If there is something specific you are after that we do not have listed, please get in touch and we will see if we can help.

  • What services you offer?

    Willies offer a full range of equipment maintenance and repair services. Check out our Skate Sharpening & Repair Services page for more details.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes. We have free customer parking at the front of the shop.

Skate Sharpening

  • What radius/ hollows/ grinds do you offer?

    We offer all Standard ROH (Radius of Hollow) from 3/8" to 1". We also offer FBV (Flat Bottom V) from 100/75 to 90/50. Don't worry if you're not sure which grind will suit you best, our friendly team will be able to help with this.

  • Can you sharpen skates while I wait?

    Yes. It usually takes around 5-10 minutes to sharpen a single pair of skates. During busy periods the wait can be longer but rest assured we wont keep you waiting too long.

Our Synthetic Ice Pad

  • Can you skate on the synthetic ice pad?

    YES! You can skate, stop, shoot, Stick Handle and Slide to your hearts content. Our pad is made by XTRAICE - the only one capable of offering a gliding level 95% similar to that of traditional ice hockey rinks.

  • How does your loyalty scheme work?

    All customers get free membership to our loyalty scheme. Members get early access to sales, accrue points when spending with us, and even receive a card and small gift on their birthday!

Sponsorship & Team Discounts

  • Can you sponsor me/ my team/ our jersey?

    Unfortunately, as a newly established business our scope to offer sponsorship is very limited. We hope you can appreciate (given most of our customers play hockey) we get a huge number of requests for this kind of thing and we simply cannot accommodate all requests. We therefore limit sponsorships to a very select few professional clubs only. 

  • Do you offer team discounts?

    We do not offer team/ club specific discounts. As you would expect, most of our customers play for teams/ clubs and offering discounts to all doesn’t make for a viable business. We love to reward customers for their loyalty and offer FREE membership to our loyalty scheme.

Online Shop & Orders

  • Where can I find equipment size guides?

    Most product pages contain size guides; we also have some useful blogs on sizing and fitting equipment, so check back regularly.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all debit cards, major credit cards, and Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

  • How does Klarna work?

    Choose Klarna at checkout to buy now and pay later — with no fees or interest, ever. You can either pay in 30 days, or pay in instalments over three months. Find out more by heading to our Klarna info page.

  • The skates I ordered don’t fit. What can I do?

    You can return them for a full refund (so long as they are unused and unsharpened) or send them back with details of the alternative size you want for a free exchange.

Deliveries & Returns

  • What happens when I place an order?

    Our warehouse team will pick your order as quickly as possible and expertly pack your items ready for daily collection by our trusted couriers.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Typically orders are dispatched within a day or two. We aim to have orders with you within 3-4 days, but we do offer express shipping if you need it sooner. 

    Contact a member of our friendly team if your order is time sensitive, and we will do what we can.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once items are dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details.

  • How can I get free shipping?

    We offer free standard shipping for all orders over £99.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! Head to our shipping page to get all the details.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. However the item must be in the same condition in which you purchased it. For more details, take a look at our refund policy.
